Reservations: Reservations can be made at anytime, and for anytime of the year. Because last minute cancellations disproportionately affect small businesses such as ours, we request a deposit at the time of reservation. When reservations are made, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total daily tariff only, will be due.
Payment for other charges such as transport and excursions can be made when you get here. Payment: Kindly note, advance payment at the time of reservation by Bank Draft or International Bank Transfer accepted only, we do not accept payment by credit card. Payment methods at the Hermitage include cash payments in Indian Rupees, Us $, Euro, and £ Sterling.
Cancellations: Kindly notify us by e-mail or by telephone of any cancellations.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Advances paid at the time of reservation are refundable for cancellations made one month before the booking date, less a small booking fee. Advances will be forfeited if cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to date of arrival.

We would like to remind our guests that we try our very best to provide as safe and secure an environment as possible at the Hermitage. However, guests must remember that they will be entering a jungle environment and that they do so at their own risk. There is no personal insurance of any kind included in the tariff, so we recommend that you purchase travel insurance, from the place of residence before the commencement of your journey.
Payment of Deposit is taken as acknowledgement and agreement of the above items.
